A large-scale proposal to transform the Barlovento neighborhood into an urban park with a ferris wheel, commercial zones and public space rooted in Caribbean identity. It is one of José Pérez Orozco's most ambitious and personal projects, which he has presented in the press as his dream of turning this part of Barranquilla into a destination of international scale.
